For Site Visit requests: Please send in writing, e-mail or telephone: 01784 446359 - Customer Services 9am-5pm Monday – Thursday, 9am -4-45pm Friday. Outside office hours, a message may be left on voicemail. Telephone site visit requests cannot be taken by Building Control Staff.

(In requesting a site visit, the minimum notice required is 24hr. The following details should be provided: contact name, telephone number, address of site, details of works to be inspected and date of inspection)
