Sustainability Appraisal of Alternative Site Allocations
Alternative Site Allocations 3-7 and 36-42 will be considered as part of the examination of The Core Strategy and Policies Development Plan Document.

Sustainability Appraisals have been received for the following sites:

  • ASA 5 – Site of processing plant and adjoining uses at Littleton Lane Quarry, Littleton lane, Shepperton.
  • ASA 16 – Kempton Park Racecourse (car park site).
  • ASA 17 – Kempton park Racecourse (surplus land on east side of racecourse).
  • ASA 18 – Land at Majestic House, High Street, Staines.
  • ASA36 – Area around Beechwood Avenue, Sunbury Common.
Details of the submitted Sustainability Appraisals can be found on the Alternative Site Allocations page, along with all other related correspondence for each site.

The period for making representations specifically on the sites has ended.  However, if you wish to make comments on the scope or content of the SA these should be submitted to the Programme Officer by 8 August 2008. These will then be forwarded to the Inspector.  

The remaining Alternative Site Allocations will be considered at a later date during the examination of the Allocations Development Plan Document.
