This years P&G Surrey Youth Games weekend is taking place on 16 and 17 June 2012.

If you are a young person aged between 7 and 16 and would like to take part all you need to do is

Some of our coaching sessions will have already started but you are still able to join in, just book online and come to the next session.

To avoid disappointment please ensure you check the eligibility criteria below before booking one of the coaching sessions as, if chosen for the squad, only eligible participants are able to take part in the games weekend.  Further restrictions apply to some sports

Important note
If you are selected for more than one sport you will only be able to compete in one sport per day at the games weekend. Please be aware that some sports may clash.


Aims and objectives
The Surrey Youth Games are organised by the Active Surrey Sports Partnership, working closely in conjunction with local authorities and national governing bodies of sport.  The key aims of the Games are to:
  • encourage sustained participation in sport
  • promote volunteer development
  • ensure a high quality of provision and experience
  • widen access and reduce inequalities in sport and physical activity
  • encourage effective development work
  • support coach development
  • raise the profile of youth sport
