Pollution
The Pollution team get involved with tackling pollution issues.
These include land contamination; air quality; controlling emissions to air and water from various industrial processes such as dry cleaners, petrol filling stations and vehicle resprayers; smoke and odour complaints; Motor Salvage and Scrap metal dealers; and acting as a consultee to the Local Planning Authority on a range of environmental issues. We also respond to requests for Environmental Information Regulations 2004, often in connection with buying property.
