Business Rates - Freedom of Information Requests
You may request information under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

If you would like to make a request under the Act, please e-mail foi@spelthorne.gov.uk

If we do not already hold the information you require in a standard report, your request may be chargeable. We will advise you if this is the case.

Under the Freedom of Information Act, any information we supply will not contain personal details about any customer, unless that customer is a Limited Company (as information about a Limited Company is public record).

If we do supply information, you are free to use any information supplied to you for your own personal purposes or for non-commercial research, private study or news reporting. However, you do not have the right to re-use the information in a way which infringes copyright, for example, by distributing, making copies of or publishing the information, without the permission of the copyright holder, which in most cases will be Spelthorne Borough Council.  If you wish to obtain permission for such use, please contact Mr M Graham, Head of Corporate Services at Spelthorne Borough Council.

As we have many Freedom of Information requests which are of a similar nature during the course of the year, we now public certain reports as standard periodically during the financial year.  These reports can be viewed by all and can be found listed at the bottom of this page.
