Moving in form (Pdf 88kb) - This form should be completed by a ratepayer who has recently moved into a property and has not yet advised the Council in writing.

Small Business Rates Relief (Pdf 53kb)

Charity Relief - Please complete and return the relevant form together with any documentation requested on it.

  • Mandatory Relief (Pdf 53kb) - Application can be made by registered charities, friendly societies or unregistered bodies with charitable status for 80% relief. This is subject to regular periodic reviews.

  • Top Up Discretionary Relief (Pdf 41kb) - Recipients of Mandatory Relief can apply for up to 20% top up relief which is granted at the Councils discretion. This is subject to regular periodic reviews.

  • Discretionary Relief (Pdf 55kb) - Non profit making or recreational and sporting clubs can apply for up to 100% relief at the Councils discretion. This is subject to regular periodic reviews.
