  8. Private hire vehicle
  9. Private hire driver's licence

  11. Private hire operator's licence
  12. Tattooists, ear piercing and electrolysis

  14. Riding establishment

Payment can be made once an application has been received by Spelthorne Borough Council and you have received a reference number. This reference number must be quoted when making the payment. Once payment has been received, your licence will be issued by Spelthorne Borough Council.
