Licensing Authorities must prepare and publish a statement of licensing policy thats set out how it will carry out its licensing functions under the Act. The policy is valid for three years after which it will be reviewed.
The document sets out the licensing policies and arrangements we will normally apply when making decisions on licence applications.
This document provides guidance and advice to all parties with an interest in licensing issues. The document also provides guidance on the procedures and principles to be followed. It also details a range of issues that should be taken into account in respect of applications.
