Procurement
Guide to Help Suppliers - We have developed this guide to help all organisations interested in bidding for contracts and working with Spelthorne Borough Council.  It sets out a summary of our contract tendering procedures and the rules we must follow as a local authority.

Procurement Strategy - The aim of this strategy is to set a clear framework for the development of procurement in Spelthorne. Its overall objective is to improve the way the Council acquires services, goods and works in order to deliver improved services for the public and ensure value for money.

Surrey contracts register - As part of an initiative that aims to assist in the creation of sustainable partnerships between councils and suppliers, the local authorities in Surrey have completed the contracts register providing information on current contracts. The next stage of the initiative will comprise of the provision of opportunities for suppliers to be informed of forthcoming opportunities to do business.

South East Business Portal - The South East Business Portal is designed to allow the sharing of information about existing contracts and forthcoming tendering opportunities across the 74 councils of the South East region. Please also see a separate summary for suppliers produced by the South East Centre of Excellence.
