The Partnership undertakes intervention activities in response to known problem individuals or families, or hotspots. It identifies the relevant support needed and seeks long-term solutions to remove the underlying causes of the problem. The Council employs an Anti-social Behaviour Officer who responds to individuals' problems with anti-social behaviour affecting their quality of life. The partnership runs two groups to tackle problem areas and individuals:
Community Incident Action Group
Multi-agency problem-solving group meets monthly to deal with persistent problem individuals and families.
Joint Action Group
Multi-agency problem-solving group meets monthly to combat crime and disorder issues in local areas.
