Street collections

A collection, which is carried out on a street within the Spelthorne area, requires a permit from the Council. Please fill in this application form and return to the address above. Will we then process your application form and send your permit to you in due course.
We normally require 28 days notice of your intention to carry out the collection. The Council may prevent two or more organisations collecting in the same locality and on the same day if it considers that it is likely to inconvenience or annoy any person.

House to house collections

A collection, which is carried out door to door within the Spelthorne area, requires a permit from the Council. Please fill in this application form and return to the address above. Will we then process your application form and send your permit to you in due course.
We normally require 28 days notice of your intention to carry out the collection. The Council will only allow two collections to take place at any one time.
