Housing Advice Centre The Housing Advice Centre is run by our Housing Needs team and is located at the Council Offices, Knowle Green.  Staff are available during opening hours to give advice about housing problems.  They can also provide advice about housing options and the Spelthorne Housing Register which is operated jointly with all the housing associations in the Borough. The Spelthorne Housing Register was set up by us and our housing association partners. It lists the details of people who want a home because theirs is not suitable for any reason. You can either visit us or contact us by telephone. Private interview rooms are available for more complex or confidential matters.
