Description: The Council holds a public register of hazardous chemicals (hard copy only) which can be viewed weekdays during business hours.Applications for consent to store and use hazardous substances are made to Spelthorne’s Planning Department. Radioactive substance registers are held by the Council and are available for public inspection.Surrey County Council deals with chemical or fuel spillages within the highway.
