Description: Council meetings are held in the Council Chamber and start at 7.30pm. The agenda for each meeting will indicate the day and date, the start time and the place. Hard copies of the agenda for the Council are circulated to all 39 Members of the Council. The agendas and reports for Council meetings are available for the Public and Council Members on the Spelthorne Web Site www.spelthorne.gov.uk and a hard copy is placed in the Members’ Room. Minutes taken at meetings of the Council are available for the Public and Members of the Council on the Spelthorne Web Site www.spelthorne.gov.uk .
