Description: Any person wishing to carry on the practice of Acupuncture or the business of Ear-piercing, Tattooing, or Electrolysis in the area of the Borough of Spelthorne must first be registered with the Council under the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982. Application Procedure: An application form and details of the current fee for registration can be obtained from Environmental Health Services.
