To provide a permanent record, and to make information readily available to the public and to those with an interest in land, the Council maintains a register of all regulatory action in respect of the remediation of land determined as Contaminated Land under Part IIA of the Environmental Protection Act. The register includes specified details about the condition of the land, and the remediation actions carried out. The following information shall be held on the register: - Public Register Summary
