Decriminalised parking enforcement policy - The contents of the policy are derived from: Current Spelthorne Borough Council practices, accepted best practice, National Parking and Adjudication Service (NPAS) recommendations with regard to mitigation and good practice among Surrey local authorities. In formulating this policy due regard was paid to The Council's Equality Policy, the Council's Community Plan, the Council's Environment Strategy and the Human Rights Act.
