No but we are working towards identifying these groups within the Borough this year. The Council will respond to complaints that it has not fulfilled its statutory duties and will seek to resolve such complaints. When a person believes that they have been affected by a failure of the Council to comply with the Scheme, they should, in the first instance, bring the complaint to the attention of Customer Services or the relevant Head of Service.
