Spelthorne Youth Theatre CompanySpelthorne Youth Theatre (SYT) is a vibrant drama club where children are in control.  Together we write and create fresh new theatre with professional drama artists and perform at different events in the Borough.  If you would like to develop your confidence, acting and directing skills then SYT is the place for you! Saturday morning craft clubThe Saturday Morning Craft Club provides children aged 5 – 11 with the opportunity to take part in art and craft activities, learn new skills and have fun.  With guidance from staff the children will be able to make and create their own art and craft masterpieces!The Saturday Morning Craft Club is held at the Resource Centre, Staines Park, Commercial Road, Staines, TW18 2QJ There are two sessions5-7 year olds 10 – 11am 8–11 year olds 11.30am – 12.30pm The club runs during school term times.  Places are available termly and must be pre-booked.  Each session costs £4.80.For further information regarding dates or to book a place please contact Customer Services on 01784 451499 or e-mail customer.services@spelthorne.gov.uk  
New Judo ClubDragon Judo Club new Judo sessions at Matthew Arnold School.  Classes will be on Tuesday from 4-5pm for ages 9-12 and 5-6pm for 13+.  Please note age range is for guidance only.For more information contact Graham Moore 07976 656791 or e-mail gg.moore@ntlworld.com  
Spelthorne Walking for health The Spelthorne Walking for Health Scheme is part of the National Walking the Way to Health Initiative.  The initiative aims to improve the health and fitness of more than a million people, especially those who are not physically active and want to become more active.See our Walking for health page for more information.

Paddle-Ability - Inclusive canoeing sessionsPaddle-Ability is about making canoeing as inclusive as possible.  The sessions allow you to exercise, build your confidence, boost concentration, have fun and make new friends. If you are interested in competition, you can develop your paddling technique and take part in Paddle-Ability races running alongside the National Sprint Regattas which are open to anyone with a physical or learning disability.  This could lead to the Special Olympics or the Paralympics.
