Our website To help understand who is visiting our website, how it is being used and whether or not users are able to find what they are looking for, we randomly ask every fifth visitor to our website to complete a brief satisfaction survey. This survey is carried out on our behalf by Rolson and we receive monthly reports with their findings. These are used to continually review and update our site.You can view some of the comments about our website and what we did about them here.
