Survey FAQ's
| Date | March 2008 |
| Aims | The Council was updating its Communications Strategy and wanted to find out where residents picked up information about the Council, what their views on local newspapers were and what the other sources of information they generally valued were. |
| Methodology | A series of five focus groups were carried out with residents by an independent market research company, called Conquest Research. These included a broad range of residents from different life stages, towns and socio-economic groups. |
