Description: There are 10 Community Learning Partnerships across Surrey, all formed of schools, colleges, the Borough and County Council, universities, the Chamber of Commerce, Health and Voluntary Sector, businesses and others. The Spelthorne Community Learning Partnership (SCLP) is the learning and skills arm of the Local Spelthorne Partnership and is working towards achieving the targets of the Community Plan and Spelthorne Learning Plan. Its objective is to increase learning opportunities and achievement for the benefit of the local community.
