Insulation Grants
Insulation grants You may be eligible for discounted or free insulation if you privately own or privately rent a household and meet one or more of the following criteria:

  • aged 70 or over
  • receiving Council Tax Benfit
  • receiving guaranteed pension credit
  • receiving income support
  • receiving Housing Benefit
  • receiving working tax credit, with gross annual income of less that £15,050
  • receiving child tax credit, with gross annual income of less than £15,050
  • are a family with children under 16 and a joint incomr of over £20,000
