Procurement of an energy efficiency in the home scheme
Spelthorne Borough Council has funding to support a programme to improve energy efficiency in homes within the private sector and thereby addressing the fuel poverty of the occupants. Spelthorne Council wishes to appoint a managing agent to propose, implement and administer this initiative.
