Climate change has been described as one of the greatest challenges facing humanity.

Here we offer information about the crisis and some background on the cause. We also have put together some simple advice that you as an individual can follow to reduce your impact on the environment.

If you would like to do more, we have resources about alterative ‘low carbon’ energy sources suitable for homes and businesses and the grants available for installing them.

We also hope to inform you about the actions we as a council are undertaking both internally and in the community.
