A Penalty Charge Notice can be issued for:
  • non-display of a pay and display ticket
  • parking outside of a marked bay
  • parked in a restricted area
The Penalty Charge is £50 or £70 depending on the contravention. If paid within 14 days from the date of issue the charge is reduced by 50% to £25 or £35.
