This information is updated daily, and application documentation will be published within five working days of the receipt of a valid application. Copies of documents and plans submitted with applications after the 28 November 2005 can be viewed under the “associated documents” tab. Copies of all the drawings and associated documents are also available for viewing at the Council Offices, Knowle Green, Staines during normal office hours. It is possible to print copies of plans, but please note that once printed these may not be to scale. Please contact the Planning Department via planning.development.control@spelthorne.gov.uk if you require clarification. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the data, some of the planning information contained within the site is at present incomplete prior to 28 November 2005 and must not be used as a substitute for carrying out a formal “Land Charge Search”. This includes details of historic applications and constraints on a particular site.
