There is an annual charge of £57 for collections between April 2020 - March 2021 and a one off payment of £25 for the garden waste bin (please remember to enter your address on the online form for delivery). From 1 October to December, the subscription charge is reduced to half-price for those who would like to join the service for the remainder of the year. The full annual charge applies prior to the half-price offer. If you don't create much garden waste, you can share a subscription with your neighbour.
What can I put in my garden waste bin?
Complete the online form to request and pay for your bin. Once payment has been received your bin will be delivered within 7-10 days and you will receive a garden waste calendar advising you or your collection day (please remember to enter your address on the online form for delivery).
Collections are every two weeks (excluding Christmas and January). Your wheelie bin needs to be placed kerbside by 6am on the day of your collection. Only garden waste contained in the wheelie bin will be collected.
It is taken to Trumps Farm in Chertsey where it is broken down into compost. This compost then goes to local farms in the area.
