Most people would agree that keeping as healthy as possible is important.  Our health does not just depend on how physically fit and healthy we are, it also includes whether we feel socially and psychologically healthy.  

The healthy living page includes information about various health topics and provides information about local activities to help us to stay physically, socially and mentally healthy. It also includes information about local health and support services within the Borough.
