Legacy of HopeMayor of Spelthorne, Cllr Caroline Spencer presided over the lighting of the memorial candle at the opening of the Holocaust Memorial Day exhibition at Staines Museum on Wednesday 27 January.

Organised by Spelthorne Borough Council, Spelthorne Museum and Staines and District Synagogue, the exhibition called ‘Legacy of Hope’ highlights the story of genocide from World War II to the present day as told through survivor’s stories.

The exhibition, which is free to visit, is open until 10 February.

Opening times:-
Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 9am - 6pm
Tuesday and Thursday: 9am - 7pm
Saturday: 9am - 5pm
