Foster carers needed

Surrey County Council are appealing for more foster carers to give teenage children a home.

To mark the start of Fostering Fortnight today, Surrey County Council is encouraging people to come forward to make a big difference to children of all ages - particularly adolescents - who have not had the best start in life.
