  Online licence payments
  
  These online forms can be used to make a payment using a credit or debit card for the following licences:
  1. Gaming machines
  2. Sex establishments
  3. Amusement (with prizes)
  4. Tattooists, ear piercing and electrolysis
  5. Track betting
  6. Pet shops
Payment can be made once an application has been received by Spelthorne Borough Council and you have received a reference number. This reference number must be quoted when making the payment. Once payment has been received, your licence will be issued by Spelthorne Borough Council.
