First Aid at Work full three day course (FAW) Emergency First Aid at Work one day (EFAW) First Aid at Work Re-Qualification two day course (RE-QUAL) Course outline: First Aid at Work (FAW) This is the full Health and Safety Executive (HSE) approved First Aid at Work Course. The course is a minimum of 18 hours training and assessment delivered over three consecutive days. Following successful completion of the final assessment delegates will receive an HSE approved certificate, this certificate is valid for three years. The course is designed to give first aiders the confidence and skills to deal with an emergency within workplace. Cost: £165 + VAT Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) The basic Health and Safety Executive approved one day Emergency First Aid at Work course. The course covers basic life saving first aid and is aimed at the smaller low risk environments. Delivered over one day with continuous assessment, delegates will receive an approved HSE certificate that is valid for three years. Cost: £70 + VAT First Aid at Work Re-Qualification (RE-QUAL) First aiders whose certificates have expired for more than 28 days must attend the three day first aid at work course identified above. This course is for people wishing to renew a valid first aid at work certificate. The course aims to update and refresh your knowledge of the First aid at work syllabus, while allowing time for revision and practice sessions in preparation for a final assessment. The course is delivered over two consecutive days. following successful completion of the final assessment delegates will receive an HSE approved certificate, this certificate is valid for three years. Cost: £110 + VAT All these courses are legally compliant with the current Health and Safety (first aid) Regulations 1981.
