Community Safety is the feeling of being safe and secure inside your own home, at work or out and about in Spelthorne.
Community Safety is about:
- preventing crime and the opportunity for it to happen
- creating safe communities for residents and visitors
- generally improving upon the quality of life for everyone

It is also about developing partnerships between ourselves and Surrey Police, the Fire Brigade, local businesses/organisations, other service providers, voluntary groups and local communities. By working together we can make Spelthorne even safer.
