Anti-social behaviour incident diary |
||
| Why complete an Incident Diary? When you raise a concern regarding the behaviour of one or more individuals in your neighbourhood, Incident Diary sheets are used to record any misbehaviour that you experience from them. Affected residents in the area should also be asked to complete the incident diary sheets.
Will I have to put my name in the Incident Diary? No. If you are frightened and fear that you may be verbally or physically abused, you can complete the diary without naming yourself, however the Court may take your evidence more seriously if you are willing to identify yourself. How should I complete the diary? Download the Incident Diary and follow the instructions included. Further Information If you have any queries or concerns about completing the Incident Diary please contact your local Neighbourhood Specialist Officer or your Estates Manager.
