CCTV cameras in Spelthorne The Crime and Disorder Partnership has installed a network of CCTV cameras across the Borough to reassure residents and retailers that we will do whatever we can to reduce the incidents of crime and disorder.

We have permanent (24/7) and recorded system (live images recorded onto a Digital Video Recorder) CCTV cameras placed in 'hot spots' around the Borough. These are located at:-:-

Staines
  • Town Centre - 22 permanent CCTV cameras
Stanwell
  • one permanent CCTV camera in Clare Road
  • one recorded system CCTV camera in Hadfield Road Park
Stanwell Moor
  • one recorded system CCTV camera in Spout Lane
Ashford
  • four permanent CCTV cameras
  • one CCTV camera in Hengrove Park (recoded system)
  • nine CCTV cameras in Clockhouse Lane Recreation Ground (recorded system)
  • one recorded system camera at Feltham Hill Recreation Ground
Sunbury
  • one permanent CCTV camera at Sunbury Cross
  • one recorded system CCTV camera rear of The Parade
  • one recorded system CCTV camera at Kenyngton Recreation Ground
  • one recorded system CCTV camera at Spelthorne Grove
  • 18 covert and overt recorded system cameras at Sunbury Cross Subway
  • two CCTV cameras in Lower Sunbuy located at the Walled Garden and the Avenue Car Park (recorded system)
  • one permanent CCTV camera at A316 Lay-By
Shepperton
  • five permanent CCTV cameras in Shepperton High Street
  • one recorded system CCTV camera in Littleton Recreation Ground
  • one recorded system CCTV camera at Greeno Centre, Greeno Park
The train stations in Staines, Ashford, Sunbury and Shepperton all link into our CCTV systems.

Release of CCTV images

CCTV evidence can only be obtained by the investigating Police Officer or Insurance Company or Members of the legal profession acting on behalf of the claimant. A charge will be made for providing an evidential disc. Data is only retained for 30 days.
