	North Surrey Prevention Programme
	The North Surrey Preventative Programme is managed by Surrey Youth Offending Team.  It works with young people identified as persistent offenders or with potential to offend.  This scheme is being expanded in 2006 with youth justice intervention targeted at a younger age group to provide effective early intervention.
