These clinics are also known as sexually transmitted infection clinics. They offer free confidential advice, counselling and treatment of all sexually transmitted infections and other genital conditions. Pre and post HIV counselling and HIV tests are also available. Emergency contraception is also available from these clinics. You can book yourself and appointment and do not need to see your doctor first. Confidentiality is guaranteed by law in GUM/STI clinics and no information about you is passed out of the clinic without your permission. Need someone to talk to? Youth Counselling Service A free and confidential short term counselling service for young people age 12-24 in West Surrey and the Rushmoor area of Hamshire. Counselling is available for various issues including relationships, families, drugs, pregnancy, sexuality, stress, bullying, feeling low, depression or anything else that worries you.
