	To help us improve our service to you, we are always trying to increase satisfaction with council services. From the beginning of 2006 we have been conducting a website satisfaction survey on your views about our website. The survey is an independent exit survey conducted by Nielson/Netratings a major web analytics company The survey asks visitors to rate their satisfaction with using the website by asking a number of questions, including: Did you find what you were looking for today? How would you rate your satisfaction with using features of this website (e.g. search facility and general look and feel of the site)? If visitors are asked to participate in the survey, it takes just a few minutes to complete. Details remain anonymous and all the information collected is stored on a secure server and is covered by our privacy policy.
