Site visits can be requested in writing, by e-mail or telephone and the minimum notice required is 24 hours. Outside office hours, a message may be left on voicemail. The following details should be provided: contact name, telephone number, address of site, details of works to be inspected and date of inspection. Telephone site visit requests cannot be taken by Building Control Staff.
