Insulation Grants

You may be eligible for discounted or free insulation if you privately own or privately rent a household and meet one or more of the following criteria:

aged 70 or over
receiving Council Tax Benfit
receiving guaranteed pension credit
receiving income support
receiving Housing Benefit
receiving working tax credit, with gross annual income of less that £15,050
receiving child tax credit, with gross annual income of less than £15,050
are a family with children under 16 and a joint incomr of over £20,000
