Lost or replacement season tickets for Elmsleigh Surface Car Park	£10 per ticket or card	This charge is also applicable should the owner change their vehicle and require a new card.

Blue badge permits

A valid blue badge needs to be displayed in your car window to park in the disabled bays.
Permits can be obtained for the Elmsleigh surface and multi storey car parks. The costs of the permits are:-

Up to one month - £ 10
Up to one year - £100

To apply for a permit either contact Customer Services for an application form or download one (Word 145kb) (copy of letter (Word 24kb) sent with form)

The form needs to be returned with your payment and a photocopy of your blue badge (both sides) to:

To park in any of the other Spelthorne pay and display car parks blue badge holders have to purchase a pay and display ticket. Blue badges have to be displayed when parking in the blue badge holder spaces.
