A Penalty Charge Notice can be issued for:
- non-display of a pay and display ticket
- parking outside of a marked bay
- parked in a restricted area
The Penalty Charge is £50 or £70 depending on the contravention. If paid within 14 days from the date of issue the charge is reduced by 50% to £25 or £35.
On-street parking
The full charge can be either £50 or £70.
The reduced payment if received within 14 days will be £25 or £35.
