	A planning application (11/01061/FUL) has been submitted by Linden Homes for the redevelopment of the Police Training College, Green Street, Sunbury. Overall the scheme proposes 49 new residential properties in a mix of one and two bedroom flats, alongside three and four bedroom houses. These will be a mix of private and affordable. The buildings have been designed to reflect the adjoining listed building and the character of the Conservation Area (which is predominantly Georgian along Thames Street and Green Street). Access will be provided off Green Street, and a total of 92 parking spaces are proposed.
