The Sustainability Appraisal Scoping Report identifies other relevant plans, policies and programmes, plan objectives, sets out baseline information and identifies social, environmental and economic issues, suggests sustainability objectives and indicators, broad options for the plan and a structure for the final Sustainability Report.
