Spelthorne is producing the following DPDs collectively referred to as the ‘Spelthorne Development Plan’:
- Spelthorne Development Plan - Core Strategy and Policies DPD: this sets out a spatial vision, objectives and policies for Spelthorne. It also sets out a framework for monitoring and implementing the objectives and policies.
- Spelthorne Development Plan - Allocations DPD: this identifies and allocates land for specific uses.
- Spelthorne Development Plan - Proposals Map: this will set out all policies and proposals on a map of the borough.
