Communities and Local Government (external website) - This gives you direct access to the web site of the Communities and Local Government and various documents and information including the governments national planning guidance. Surrey County Council (external website) - Link to County Council's website. Government Office for the South East (external website) - Link to the Government Office website. South East England Regional Assembly (external website) - Link to Regional Assembly's website. Environment Agency (external website) - Link to the Agency website including flood maps where you can identify your property by inputting your postcode. Planning Aid (external website) - Planning Aid provides free, independent and professional help, advice and support on planning issues to people and communities who cannot afford to hire a planning consultant. Planning Aid complements the work of local authorities but is wholly independent of them.
