The cost of sending a text message is dependant on the mobile phone tariff you use. Please refer to your mobile network service provider for details of charges. Spelthorne Borough Council does not make any additional charge. Once registered how do I use the system? Step 1 Simply save the number 07932 111111 to your phone (see your mobile phone instructions on how to do this). This is very important as you never know when you will need to use it. If you notice an area needing attention, or indeed if you have a general enquiry send us a text message. Step 2 Please be as descriptive as possible in your message. Example 1 - Rubbish dumped in the play area in Long Lane Recreational Ground Example 2 - Car Park meters at Memorial Garden car park smashed Example 3 - Graffiti at the back of Shepperton Hall Step 3 If you would like a reply please include the word REPLY in your message. Step 4 Send to 07932 111111. Your message will go directly to Customer Services who will forward it on to the relevant service to be actioned.
