  • Subscriptions for the current year must have been paid for a grant application to be considered.
  • Member Clubs making an application must send a representative to the meeting of the Sports Council at which the application is being considered in order to support the application and to answer members questions.
  • Grants will not normally be made to organisations whose annual subscription excludes a major section of the public, nor if it is insufficient to cover reasonable running costs.

  • Normally not more than 60% of the relevant cost will be awarded as a grant.
  • The balance of the cost must be met by the Club from other sources.
  • If a grant is awarded which is less than that applied for, an invoice for the amount which is equal to, or greater than, 100% of the cost of which the grant is 75%, must be submitted to the Treasurer.
