	When calling for a private hire vehicle from a licensed operator in Spelthorne, passengers are advised to agree the fare at the time of hiring, supplying all relevant information, i.e. number of passengers, destinations if a multiple drop, or pick up points. The fare agreed at the time of hiring is then a contract with the operator and this fare should not be exceeded unless the hirer has subsequently changed the details of the journey.
